- Supervising daily accounting operations, including account payable, account receivable, deposits, and wire transfers, and checking bank statements.- Performing reconciliations of accounting ledgers and assisting in preparation of statutory filing.- Preparing financial statements, managing accounting transactions, reviewing general ledger functions, and administering strict timeline for tasks.- Support in information preparation for board of directors.- Prepare Quarter & Annual budget forecasts.- Assisting the Director of Finance and other senior executives in overseeing financial documents and making strategic implementations.- Guiding accounting staff by coordinating activities, answering questions, and resolving discrepancies for critical customer issues.- Holding monthly departmental meetings with the accounting staff to ensure open communication, and addressing issues faced by the team- Review & Authorized monthly payroll over 4500 labors and supervising upload Bank files (Wages Protection System) Ministry of Labors.-Review and follow up Generating monthly customer invoices and perform account reconciliation for over 150 Customer Monthly.- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.-Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.-Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity-Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.-Participate in any updates on Company ERP System Microsoft Customer Relationship Management and Accounting system Microsoft Ax Dynamics.
