- Perform Laboratory analysis according to ASTM, IP, APHA and Standard methods.-  Prepare test solutions, compounds, and standards for laboratory personnel to conduct tests. - Maintain laboratory instruments Calibrated by internal & external Calibrations.- Proficiency of working and troubleshooting of (Potentiometric titrators, Graphite furnace, ICP, Atomic absorption, IR, FTIR, IC, CIC and UV).-  Maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures and results, and prepare analytical work sheets and reports.- Log, receive and record samples on LIMS.- Carry out water, wastewater, Sediment and Unknown Sludge analysis according to SOPs.- Carry out Additive Chemicals percentage analysis such as NaCl, Na3PO4, FeCl3, Na2SO3, NH3, Ca(OH)2, NaOCl, Al2(SO4)3 and Na Zeolite according to SOPs.- Responsible for training of laboratory personnel on new instruments.

 Ensure tests are carried out in a timely and accurate manner and all results documented and reported correctly following strict methodologies.  Perform and record internal calibration check of the lab. Equipment and instruments as per the required intervals.  To ensure all reagents, tools and instruments are kept in the correct condition and report any issues in a timely manner. To carry out any other tasks relevant to the department as requested by department managers. Adhere to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) within the lab, and Follow all the Lab. documented procedures and instructions regarding HACCP, ISO, Hygiene, and EHS. Carry out Waste water analysis according to SOP.

 Manage Quality control and Assurance over the production and the process of blending & Filling Lubricating Oils to meet ISO 9001,14001 and OSHSAS 18001 requirements. Perform Laboratory analysis according to ASTM and IP. Prepare test solutions, compounds, and standards for laboratory personnel to conduct tests. Maintain laboratory instruments Calibrated by internal & external Calibrations. Maintain accurate and thorough records of laboratory procedures and results, and prepare analytical work sheets and reports. Prepares requests for necessary laboratory supplies, chemicals consumables and equipment. Train laboratory personnel in new equipment operation. Manage the laboratory waste control. Monitoring production process according to company policy. Manage adjustments and corrections to products and blends as needed. Monitoring In-service Oil Samples. Perform training on the company products for customers. Perform the periodic monthly and annually Inventory in the Plant.
