Head Performance and Camapign Management, Distribution Strategy Bancassurance The role focuses on Sales planning and building Strategies for sales channels of Indiafirst Life. Primary Focus on Target planning, Manpower planning, Campaign Management & Input Parameter Management (Lead Management System) for all channels.The role also encompasses channel management in terms of Performance Management, Sales Product mix & Product Credits and Sales Choreography on Input & output parameters.Responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing strategies to optimize business processes and enhance sales productivity. In-depth analysis of existing processes and systems to know the capabilities / limitations, and facilitating changes for effective adoptions and employee experience.

• Formulate and execute channel partner Annual & YTD business plan, roll-out of Sales strategies and driving Key Business Levers for achieving higher Profitability, NBM and Productivity• Create early budget estimates and provide sound financial justification while obtaining budget approval• Solely Managing channel commercial viability assessment (Channel Payout Governance)• Manpower planning and distribution management basis productivity norms• Working closely with the channel partner for designing, planning and roll out of Channel Contest / objectives (SBP)• Responsible for achieving channel KPIs by coordinating on ground sales team wrt SP Activation, SP Productivity, Branch Productivity, ATS, Riders, Term business and SMPs• Generating KPI and Sales Outlier reports at all levels. Developing one pager sales reports and dashboards across hierarchies for efficient business tracking and delivery• Creation of presentation for Monthly Business Review, Channel Partner reviews and tracking SI initiatives. (Strategic Initiative across various functions) • Anchoring discussions with internal planning team to design and rollout of internal Incentive schemes• Project Management in creation of partner LMS -lead management portal and ongoing development to ease sales processes• Design process diagrams and process note, contribute in preparing BRDs, perform UAT and co-ordinate with IT/Systems vendor for developing new infrastructure & System integration• SPOC on all MIS, Business analytics and dashboards requirements from channel and internal team
