• Providing end to end recruitment solution to the clients, start from requirement gathering, analysis, screening, sourcing and short listing the profiles, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation till closure of position • Understanding the recruitment strategy for each requirement and select the suitable channel of recruitment.• Working for both Contract to Hire and Permanent Mode Working on all requirements in Technology and Domain. • Following up with candidates on joining dates and convincing them if they have any issues such as Compensation review, relocation, onsite travel etc. • Qualified profiles are sent to the respective Clients for further consideration. Schedule interviews (telephonic and face to face), follow-up to ensure interviews happen. • Handling complete recruitment cycle and sourced resumes are validated and scheduled for interviews. • Post offer follow-up to sustain the interest to ensure the offered candidate joins Responsible for sourcing Consultants on the Skill Sets against Active Client requirements. • Used resume search engines like Monster, Career Builder, Dice, LinkedIn etc. to find the excellent recourses for Active requirements. • Worked extensively with H1B, EAD, Citizens, and Green Card Holders.
