- Monitoring the invoice posting on a daily basis- Preparing the payment on a weekly basis- Analyze the Intercompany account on a monthly basis- Check for any system error and make sure it's resolved- analyze the GL accounts- analyze GRIR account - Review and approve the petty cash expenses- Assist with the internal and external audit for any requirement- providing the vendor reconciliation if required- Reviewing the critical accounts and make sure all payment is done on time (customs ,customs clearance & governmental payment)
