• Having more than 6,000 employees Infrastructure Department is responsible for effectively maintaining each component of railway infrastructure – track and roadbed, civil structures, signaling and communications, power supply and catenary, and traffic management.• To be able to apply condition-based maintenance and modern practices of Asset Management started to improve rail infrastructure by digital solutions such as advanced analytics to reduce unplanned maintenance costs and improve safety indicators• Started the project with technical assistance of the World Bank for commercialization of infrastructure by development track access charge to freight and passenger operators• Coordinating of the Project financed by French Development Agency (AFD) for preparation Infrastructure Maintenance Operational Plan to ensure reliability, availability, maintainability, sustainability and safety for the next ten years. The project also includes specification the most appropriate standards and guidelines, description of the methods and procedures that should be implemented, provision of the annual budget, establishment of KPI system and proposition of KPI target, presentation of target organizational structure and description of staff training requirements.• Evaluating outsourcing opportunities in maintenance activities to improve efficiency and quality of some operations
