Assistant Risk Manager
Current• Margin Monitoring & liquidation of position on account of margin erosion.• Managing risk & surveillance of branches in offline and online.• Follow up on outstanding debits of branches & recovering the debits within the stipulated time period.• Setting limits before market hours on request by branches. Error Free and timely uploading of files in Omnesys like Limit file, Position files etc.• Resolve problem faced by branches related to Omnesys and Accounts.• Monitor F & O positions and co-ordinate with Branches in case of F & O Shortfall and MTM.• Prepare daily reports such as Debit Ageing file (online & offline), High Value, Naked & Under covered, Staff trading report, Debit Summary report etc.• Tracking Exchange circulars for no noncompliance and preparing Scrip Baskets, VAR file and other MIS like Spread positions, concentration scrips.• Testing the software patches provided by the vendor for updations in system.• Identifying requirements for additional controls for smooth functioning of back office and also to be responsible for escalating issues/ queries from both internal departments and clients.• Developing internal utilities for routine work with the help of IT.
