Worked as overall Head of Quality based at corporate office looking after 5 multi-location units at Noida, Sonepat (Murthal), Parwanoo & Jalandhar with special task on over-viewing Export Projects / Cellular Production--- Significantly worked for eradication of chronic quality problems in switchgear products, Development & Maintenance of ISO: 9001 System and Third Party Product Certifications---Have distinction of being able to transform the organization in achieving Six Sigma level quality in the specific export product range for European Market.
