- Being one of the largest states in the United States in terms of GDP per capita, the state government of massachusetts has one of the most complex labor systems in America- Led a team of 4 interns on a project that dealt with the Labor offices' digital transformation and data retrieval processes- I had the opportunity to work in an executive office that oversees over $1 billion in transactions annually- Worked with heads of state who managed intricate systems and policies that allow both taxpayers and labors to pay and receive their funds in the most efficient manner possible- Participated in meetings that oversaw large banking transaction and yearly organization audits - Examine and Evaluate Financial and Management Reports, documents, records, controls, policies and Practices affecting the financial condition and operations within a major state secretariat

- Anaylzed store and pharmacy metrics in order to implement change on the areas the store was lacking in eg prescription numbers, rewards subscriptions and customer feedback.- Held in charge of coordinating immunization clinics with local and national companies in order to promote a healthy and safe work places along with the services we provide at our pharmacy- Community engagement with local agencies like state prisons, fitness centers and churches to promote the free and cheap services we provided at the pharmacy

- Sales mainly focusing on guiding the customer towards the most efficient products to purchase. Computer Hardware and Software sales eg. Windows PC'S along with service plans are required software- Customer service with an emphasis on client management and customer satisfaction - Computer Repair including Hardware diagnosis, OS system installations and repair, virus removal, and hardware assembly - Store Logistics and organization: Coordination of associates to properly restore stock product throughout the store. Preparing the store for peak activity and heavy sale periods
