• Training for confined spaces, working at height, PTW system, how to wear and inspect a security harness, the usage of PPE, NDT tests, hydro tests, pneumatic tests.• How to install and inspects scaffoldings.• Do the induction for new recruits of the project (Bonatti subcontractors).• Prepare HSE training related to workers according to the project activities (working at heights, confined spaces, lifting operations, excavations, Defensive Driving ...).• Responsible for the technical inspection of new equipment for the company and subcontractors (cars, trucks, lifts, cranes, mini buses, machines ...) and work equipment (compressor, compactor, welding machine, group generator).• Responsible for the control of accommodation and catering services (weekly inspection of the basis of life, receipt and verification of goods and their storage conditions, control of restoration).• Coordinator work permits (on site and off site).• Consisting oversee all scaffolding assembly work, various electrical equipment.• Ensure the implementation of HSE procedures within the company at: preparation PTW, handling, lifting, working at heights, welding.• Organize sessions: Tool Box Meeting / talk, safety meeting ...• Develop plans: PHS emergency project plan, evacuation plan• Ensure the reliability of the installations (alarm systems, fire doors, surveillance camera.)
