I am a co-owner of Engage Editore, a publishing house specialized in creating texts and content aimed at entrepreneurs and managers, focusing on business management and personal growth

I am responsible for the commercial development of specific regions for OSM International, with the goal of expanding the network of OSM consultants and clients worldwide. I operate in Europe and the United Arab Emirates.

Within OSM, I deal with consultancy for companies, in particular I marry the corporate philosophy that focuses on all aspects of management in particular those related to the effective management and growth of Human Resources. I like to deal with companies of all kinds with which I work using the training and management tools provided by OSM Over time I have obtained results with: training of employees, motivation of employees and young people within, planning of the company growth strategy, self-improvement and increase of productivity and motivation of employees.

At OSM, I have taken on several internal projects aimed at business development and enhancing the company’s structure. For me, the company and the team always come first, and I constantly seek ways to contribute to initiatives that benefit OSM. I have successfully handled key responsibilities, including copywriting, managing blogs and e-commerce sites, overseeing e-learning platforms like the iOsm app and third-party services, planning and executing surveys, delivering customer care services, supporting the development of the editorial sector (Engage Editore), and managing communication with international clients and partners.
