Interestingly, Java Mobile is now used by the largest mobile app developer community in the world: the Android developer community.As an entrepreneur, I worked as an entrepreneur-in-residence at Sequoia Capital, advised VC firms, and founded two successful startups: Cast Iron Systems (sold to IBM) and Prism Circuits (sold to MoSys Inc).To seek a larger societal impact, I became the technology advisor to the Prime Minister of India under Dr. Manmohan Singh, chief innovation advisor to the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, and startup/small-business advisor to the Planning Commission. We created the foundations of Digital India, and my work was showcased with Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon at the UN Assembly in Geneva.I founded Reya Health Inc., based in Silicon Valley with offices in the USA, UAE, and India. I hold several patents in semiconductor design, networking software, and digital healthcare.Outside work, I am a professional sports-crazed fan, following football, soccer, cricket, basketball, F1, and more, often attending live events.
