- Managing and leading a team of currently 13 people (has been more in the past), planning, prioritising and organising tasks for the team to fit in with the overall release schedule - Holding regular team meetings to ensure sufficient work load is allocated and RAV Engineers are still able to deliver on time, if someone is having problems with a particular task then I encourage an open atmosphere where we can all contribute to help anyone in the team meetings- Add, Maintain and update Microsoft Project Planner with current projects/tasks/enhancements/observations assigned to RAV team- Discuss issues with the team, any procedures or process we can improve upon to help overall productivity- Negotiating timescales with various teams and Project Managers- Deal with resource conflicts on projects with Project Managers- Co-ordinate test release schedule with various teams to ensure deliverables to Test team are given within a suitable timeframe for us to complete testing to a good standard within the set timescales- Attending project meetings and contributing to the project- Conducting one to one meeting’s and annual appraisals with the team, also providing 6 monthly feedback to contractor suppliers- Arranging training for team members and ensuring that they are up to speed with the current tasks at hand. - Managed multiple teams across sites/countries and coordinated work load over various time zones to ensure tasks are being met to deadlines to a high standard- Maintaining, diagnosing and commissioning of test stations for use across the company, used the TM500 and PXI products on a daily basis- Assisting other project’s with test hardware issues- Preparing customer Installer executable for release and test to ensure package is as expected- Review Release test results and provide feedback/blockers for release in Release Review meetings- Being flexible with changing requirements and priority issues, re-organising workloads to accommodate emergency tasks

- GCF IOT field trial testing- Drive testing- Mapping new drive routes in various locations and verifying procedures along those routes- 2G/3G/4G testing- MMS IOP testing- Emergency call testing in shielded labs- Testing various types of handsets and data cards over multiple location across US and Europe- Team Leading during field trials- Preparing final reports ready for customers- Visiting customer sites during field trials
