I completed my MBA in Human Resources and went on to work for Sitel Indian and then Infosys BPO as an HR Manager. In the corporate world, I began to explore & develop unique training modules to facilitate ‘Personality & Skill Development’ in an outdoor environment for middle management. A qualified mountaineer from the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarkashi I went on to partner and lead expeditions to Mt. Everest from 2015 and was finally successful in reaching the very summit of the world in 2018. I am personally credited with having led over 18 trekking expeditions to the Everest Base Camp, in addition to leading various other challenging high-altitude treks such as Kilimanjaro and Mt. Elbrus. Using this unique experience of Team Management in highly volatile and stressful environments, my team and I have designed some exceptional training modules, successfully facilitating Leadership Development workshops across industries and business verticals.
