I have held many positions throughout my career; from Manufacturing Engineer, Design Engineer, Tooling Manager and Product Development Manager to an increasingly responsible current position as Director of Product Development for Food Packaging Division of The Waddington Group (subsidiary of Newell Brands). I am the inventor for several Design and Utility Patents for Food Packaging. I have managed a large number of Product Development Projects through a team of direct reports in Cross Functional Teams from ideation to successful product launches.
