Samir Qureshi is President of the Healthcare division at Viper Equity Partners. Samir is an accomplished healthcare industry executive with 20+ years' experience specializing in complex business transactions in the healthcare industry. In partnership with sell side clients and strategic buyers, Samir bring extensive experience with strategic business planning and execution by connecting investors with healthcare entities looking for capital partners. Most recently, Mr. Qureshi worked as the Managing Director of Practice Acquisitions at ChenMed, a national primary group focused on value-based care. Prior to ChenMed, Samir was with Cancer Treatment Centers of America (“CTCA”) as the Vice President of Business Development where he was responsible for leading all acquisitions, growth and development efforts nationally to expand the comprehensive cancer care network of CTCA to partner with community oncology practices and health systems through strategic transactions and affiliations. Prior to joining CTCA, Mr. Qureshi was the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for Sage Dental, a large Florida based dental service organization. He was charged with identifying key expansion markets and strategic acquisitions to expand the geographic footprint across Florida and Georgia. Before joining Sage Dental, Mr. Qureshi worked as the Director of Business Development for South Florida Radiation Oncology, a large regional integrated oncology network. His experiences focused on providers, larger hospital systems, payors, ACOs, and ancillary service providers to develop deep partnership models focused on oncology treatment accessibility and high-quality clinical treatment. He was instrumental in facilitating the rapid growth of the organization and in 2015 the organization was acquired by 21st Century Oncology in a strategic transaction. Mr. Qureshi holds a BBA, cum laude, in Finance from Florida International University and an MBA from the University of Florida. He serves on various community boards and is an active member of his local community.
