Export Customer Support Officer
Current- Acknowledge customers on receipt of purchase orders and confirm the schedule (Sales orders through ERP ( MICROSOFT NAV)
- Respond to customer queries relating to supplies.
- ensure the schedules are met.
- Proactively inform customers and seniors about any delays in meeting the schedule.
- Align with other departments and inform them with any request from the customer and ensure making it happen.
- Insure that daily reports are done properly (internally).
