My activities include mainly the following among others:• Searching latest active tenders relevant for my Company's field of activities from different e-procurement portals, tender pages of different company websites, newspapers and other sources on a daily basis including study on pre-qualification criteria. When the qualification criteria match for a project to bid, I coordinate with concerned business divisions for initiating the process of bidding (online and/or physical submission to tender inviting authority). • Do eTendering through eProcurement portals of Clients independently including setting up Computer System (Internet Options, Java Settings, follow instructions of Bidding Manual of different Clients) for downloading tender documents and uploading bid documents. • Participate in online Reverse Auction through client's designated ePortal in presence of our Sr.ED-Marketing or ED-Marketing including setting up computer system.• Do standard comparison analysis on sales/orders and a few other important works of Marketing Department of the Company.• Study and extract relevant business information from eNewspapers / government / important company websites and inform the senior members in Marketing Department and Chairperson.• Attend Board Meetings held every 3-months to take notes on the deliberations on the agenda points and drafting Minutes of Meeting. • Prepare Power Point Slides for Presentation Meetings on a given topic / project, as and when required.• Write different ‘Reports’ with histograms and visuals maintaining confidentiality. • Coordinate with different departments and other business units of group companies.• Independently draft replies to correspondences on behalf of the head of Marketing Department and Chairperson as also direct verbal/written interaction with senior officials of our clients.
