• I was in-charge of the setting up the strategic direction the company was to take; this involved being part of the budgeting process & bank projections.• Bring up of new offers that the company was to launch, together assessing the viability of the new offers.• Building corporate relationships with the external parties, E.g. Safaricom, Telkom, Microsoft, Government Parastatals e.t.c• Taking a leadership role in terms of giving the sales targets to the sales team.• Meeting Key Stakeholders and market leaders - as the business cycle matures, my time is spent in meeting key stakeholders in our industry to market our organization and to look for growth opportunities.• Assessing the need as well as the viability of Opening up of new branches around the country.• Research, develop and implement strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
