Participate and support strategic planning, monitoring and review meetings at the state level. Conduct district level reviews with the School Improvement Coordinators (SIC). Provide academic capacity building support to SICs such that they are able to provide academic support for learning enhancement project at the school, cluster level and block level. Provide regular reports/ feedback/ suggestions and recommendations to the state office for meaningful implementation.
