• Managing the request for proposal (RFP) process, bid tendering, and other related processes.• Issuing enquiries/tenders and obtaining quotations• Responsible for presenting recommendations to management for the final determination of supply sources, quantities purchased, delivery schedules, and price negotiations.• Responsible for technical, commercial and roadmap evaluation for access network 2G, 3G & Power RFPs.• Handle the technical and financial comparison between different bidders and rank them.• Join and work in costing committees which act as a decision support entity in costing issues and enhancing the procurement cycle• Act as technical support for contracts and finance teams for RFPs and contracts related issues and act as a contractual support for planning teams for disputes with vendors.

• Dimensioning & planning of access network (BTS, BSC/RNC & PCU)• Experience in Huawei BSS products (BSC6000, BSC6900, BTS3012, BTS3900)• Network Performance monitoring on daily bases with suggestion to change or modify plans to accommodate any change in Subscriber behavior.• Ability to Manage & Perform Re-Homing of BSCs and LAC split to overcome any capacity issues.• Ability to test and implement the BSS features.• Acceptance test for new nodes and new software releases.• BSS Equipment Planning Control.• Perfect understanding for the IP transmission and experienced in AoIP and Abis/IP conversion from TDM.• PM for testing and implementing the RTP multiplexing feature on the AoIP.• PM for testing GBSS13.0 Beta version with its new features (such as VAMOS) on the live network.• Good understanding for Huawei, ZTE, E//, NSN and ALU 2G and 3G systems.• Tools developer and programmer using VBA and HTML languages:o Excel functions used in traffic dimensioning and 2G cells` expansion.o Automatic exporting tool by using Autoit scripting language to export BSCs data and parameters from Huawei LMT automatically.o Automatic daily reporting system for the important KPIs.o Expansion tool used to generate automatically the required hardware when site expansion based on the old, new configurations and the type of existing hardware.

•Dealing with TEMS Data collection and Route Analysis.•Validation of Handover success.•Make a drive test for BSCs.•Diagnose all RF related problems such as Interference, Drop calls, HO failure, Missing neighbors, Cross feeder etc.•Special drive test to faulty sites like (cross feeders, High call drop, faulty TRU check)
