I am an Assistant Professor with a keen interest in the field of access control and Android permissions research. I hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio and have been actively engaged in research and teaching for several years.My research primarily focuses on understanding the various mechanisms involved in access control and developing efficient and effective methods to manage permissions in Android-based systems. I am particularly interested in exploring the interplay between security and usability in access control systems and how these two aspects can be optimized to create secure and user-friendly systems.In addition to my research, I am also passionate about teaching and mentoring students. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with students and helping them develop a strong foundation in computer science.When I am not engaged in research or teaching, I enjoy walking and playing indoor games. I also enjoy reading about new technologies and keeping up with the latest trends in the field of computer security.
