Was promoted as the first Building segment Senior engineer for Gulf Countries. Made the first building segment Schneider PAM for Gulf countries.Made the first Hotel Competency Center for Schneider Electric - world wide. Received the growth Award from CEO of Schneider Global. The competency center was conceptualized, designed, implemented and managed at 10% of the original approved CAPEX from Schneider management. Generated Hotel business development revenue @ Euro 11M where my target was Euro 5M for 6 months.Promoted to Manager and then to Senior Manager in the same year. I became the key account manager for Hilton, Marriott & IHG hotel group for MEA region. Presented global Hospitality solutions at leadership meets in Cairo and represented the active hospitality solutions in Antalya conference -Turkey, Copenhagen and Paris leadership summits.

Joined Schneider as a Prescription Engineer covering 304 Engineering consultants in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain territory. Secured 25 projects annually with Schneider based prescription. Got approvals from ADWEA for switch gear and new launches from Schneider Electric Fze. Trained more than 300 engineering consultants on Schneider products along with team from Ministry of Interior - Abu Dhabi Police.

Heading the electrical division for the manufacture of Pump control panels, VFD & PLC design and programming. My role also involved Testing & commissioning the various pump systems at site. I have delivered prestigious projects - Marina towers pump stations, Dust Thani Staff accommodation, Madinat Jumeirah & Mina Salam pump stations, Deputed to Install & commission 200HP VFDs for Qatar based project by Faisal Jassim, Various Engineers Office projects etc... Increased the revenue of the company from Aed 3M to Aed 34M for control panel business annually.

Working as site engineer + estimation Engineer + Electrical & Electronic Panels Engineer through out the day - spending 14Hours/day. Managed three projects in Sharjah - Abu Shagarah & Qasimia for MEP works. During the mid day I was working on estimations for new projects and handling material purchasing. During late evenings I was deputed to supervise the factory floor for manufacture and assembly of electrical LV switchgear panels, Pump Control panels, DDC panels etc...
