Starting my work experience since 1990 as follow:1 year working in Cairo university hospitals (2000beds) as intern student , working all kind of cases under supervision of senior physiotherapists.           19903 years as resident physiotherapist in central Kafer Shokr Hospital (50 beds) working all kind of cases under supervision of the chief of P.T Dept.              1991 to 19945 years as physiotherapist in aseer central hospital -770 beds – very big tertiary hospital and accredited as teaching hospital of king Khalid medical school.It  has MRI , CT Scan and bone scan as I had chance to  work all kind of cases either in-patients in the words, burn unit and in the out-patient department   1995 to 2000.18  years as Chief of physiotherapy Dept. in SAUDI GERMAN HOSPITAL – ASEER from February 12, 2000 up to July,2018. during that several years work in the hospital, I am doing all the necessary administrative job, at same time doing the necessary technical supervision of all issues needed for the patients in the Dept. at same time:- attending daily steering committee meetings.- Preparing and submitting the yearly performance improvement plans of PT Dept.- Preparing and submitting the monthly revenue report of PT Dept.* Many other things related to marketing, scientific activities, warehouse Ordering, Planning the target, ensuring full compliance with TQM StandardsAt same time I am working as a physiotherapist dealing with the needed rehabilitative . job of different  kind of patients including cases after major orthopedic surgery as after total hip replacement, total knee replacement or after ACL reconstruction and others, also dealing with all cases after head injuries or post major neurosurgical conditions.Scientific back ground and activities:Attended many workshops related to improving administrative skills such as :personal effectiveness, teamwork & couching, presentation skills, Marketing, HR, how to improve your Managerial skills, finance for non-financial, blue ocean strategy & many other workshops was attended in SGH Aseer.Workshops about new approaches toward neurological rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, acupuncture, & cupping therapy it was attended in Saudi German Hospital Jeddah in 2006 – and I had chance to be invited as a speaker in many symposiums in south area about new concepts in PT treatment of rheumatoid arthritis it was in Aseer hospital 2008.Achievements: As a physiotherapy head of Dept I prepared the Dept for JCI accreditation and re-accreditation for 3 times during my stay in the hospital.
