-Managing plans and budgets of brand projects across 2 countries (Aze, Geo).-Analysing and reporting of sales, brand performance, competitive monitoring and customer segmentation in the market.-Developing budgeting, ordering, pricing and sales strategies according the the market analysis mentioned aimed at the growth of the revenue.- Preparing the seasonal and annual P&L reports of the brand.- Preparing the seasonal Marketing activity plan of the brand. Developing the brand portfolio incorporating new products and specialist brands. - Leading the opening of projects(stores) of the brand in the market. -Managing the team of store representatives with team trainings and team building exercises.

-Company brand portfolio building and development (jewelry/accessories): research and assessment of brands potential, communication and negotiations with potential and existing partners (industry exhibitions, meetings, everyday communication), sales analysis and reporting,logistics.-Marketing support for company brands: media planning, work with local advertising agencies and media, CRM, POSM development for company stores, website content development.
