I was specially hired for my expertise in solar power systems, as the factory planned to implement a solar power system on the rooftop of their new poultry farm. During this period, I have been involved in:• Conduct routine maintenance on electrical systems, motors, and machinery in a large-scale meat processing plant.• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production efficiency.• Install and configure electrical systems and equipment to meet the needs of the plant.• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.• Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve electrical issues.• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work to facilitate future troubleshooting and maintenance.

I worked as a Site Engineer in the solar power department of Panasian Power PLC, Colombo 02. (From January 2018 to January 2023) During this period, I have been involved in,• Designing and planning the rooftop solar power systems and overseeing and coordinating the execution and management of all ground-mounted and rooftop solar power sites with full AC and DC wiring. Preparing the bill of quantities for solar sites.• Procuring the required materials from suppliers and selecting the contractors for the solar sites• Preparing and verifying documents and drawings, and liaising with Ceylon Electricity Board and Lanka Electricity Company to get supply and commissioning for the solar site• Creating documents, verifying drawings, and contacting with Ceylon Electricity Board to get supply and commissioning for the solar sites• Ensuring the safety and compliance of the solar sites with relevant standards and regulations• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for any issues or problems in the solar sites• Maintain logs and drawings and online monitoring logs for each solar site
