As an Operations Manager of a global human resources firm that has a vast presence across Africa. My role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. To achieve organizational goals, such as increasing productivity, reducing costs, and improving client satisfaction, I develop and implement operational strategies.With more than seven years of experience in the EOR sector, I have gained valuable skills in project and people management, administration, and negotiation. I have successfully led and coordinated various projects across different countries, including Tanzania, Uganda, and Kenya, delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations. I am knowledgeable about the labor laws and regulations in Tanzania, and I possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. I hold a BSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Iringa, which has equipped me with the theoretical and practical knowledge to excel in my role.
