Tasks involve operations on back-office systems and domain registries, data and document verification, processing domains operations (registration, transfer, owner change, dns management), refunds and cancellations, with a focus on reducing customer churn rate.Additionally, managing SPID (digital identity) activation and administration, product bundle renewals, payment and invoices verification.
