I have a doctorate and master's degree in Software Engineering with an emphasis on human-computer interaction. In just over 10 years in the market, much of my work has been focused specifically on products, working on processes, software testing, requirements identification and UX.I worked in companies, from small to multinational, from consulting to industry, in different scenarios and areas, with different cultures. Experiences that gave me the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate and dialogue between people and environments, adapt, create and propose solutions, in addition to devising appropriate strategies for businesses to achieve their results, always departing or converging to focus on users and customers.Significant experience in research projects around disruptive technologies, such as Augmented Reality with Smartglass, Internet of Things, 3D Animation, Salesforce and Fraud Prevention. Strong performance in product management, UX research and interaction design for these projects. Responsible for planning, executing and consolidating the results of research with users, as well as user tests (remote or in person).
