My impacts at Sheypoor:Help the company grow from around 70 employees to more than 200 employees in less than 2 years.before I join, the company didn’t have a proper onboarding process, I designed and implemented an onboarding process for all new hires.Before I join, there were no activities regarding employer branding. I held surveys and focus groups to define employer value proposition (EVP) and became a partner with the marketing team to define and implement a strategy for employer branding.Time to hire was reduced as a result of employer branding activities that I started to do.I did a salary survey partnering with a consultancy company to realize whether our compensation is fairly compared to the market.
