- Creates, executes, and updates detailed project plans.- Reviews and signs off on all the project documentation.- Coordinate with the concerned Department within the Company and provide services and solutions that will meet or exceed the client’s expectations.- Taking care of the company’s project(s) to provide services in an efficient, timely, and professional manner.- Proposes alternative organizational plans based on knowledge of company rules and policies.- Evaluates and determine the priority of workload.- Work with customers (Business level and end users) in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).- Provide training and assistance to supervisors and other members of the team in order to understand the proper use of the system.- Conduct meetings with the project(s) team to explain the roles of members and supervisors to lead the projects in a successful way.- Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements and schedule.- Work with department managers and team leaders to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements, project impediments, needed resources, or issues/delays in completing the task.- Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule.- Coordinate project meetings and all issues with clients/suppliers/Subcontractors.- Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers & clients to site/customer on time.- Support relevant departments with quotations for purpose of tenders.- Produces detailed status reports to IT manager after evaluating team reports.- Ensures project is successfully closed on time, under budget, and within expected quality.

- Keep projects on track regarding budget, quality, cost, schedule & scope.- Working closely with the department's Directors to prospect, pitch & close new business.- Analyze the partner's & competitors used technologies & methodologies, and how we can enhance the business and increase return.- Motivating, Organizing, and Encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.- Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve efficiency and prepare daily, weekly & monthly financial reports, which include cost, budget, and expenses in addition to the required S-Curves and bar charts for both planned and actual figures.- Follow up with daily customer requirements and propose new ideas for service.- Assist in recruitment and placement of required staff, the establishment of organizational structure, and delegation of tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules.- Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts, and finance. - Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.- Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement, manage and renew operational plans.- Prepare the needed KPIs diagrams for C-Level.- Follow up the warehouses for the available & needed resources, materials & manpower, and prepare weekly and upon request reports.
