Member of the Markets Risk and Control Trade Control team with a focus on trade control for US Equities and Equity derivatives (Post Trade Markets). Contribute to other team initiatives such as Cross Product reviews, Unauthorized Trading reviews, FX and Rates controls monitoring, strategic data improvements, and control enhancements.   Day to day responsibilities : • Play a role in enhancing current systems and developing new surveillance tools, reports and procedures   • Tracking progress of projects and managing against time lines as defined by Regional surveillance management   • Participate in and contribute to the ongoing tactical and strategic projects and activities to develop and enhance the suite of models and tools   • Keep up to date with changes to regional Rules and Regulations that directly impact Surveillance obligations and escalate perceived impacts for consideration   • Facilitate and manage ongoing relationships with key supervisory contacts within covered businesses to enable effective investigation and to obtain SME input where required   • Facilitate and manage ongoing relationships with Product Compliance, Compliance Technology and Change Management contacts

• Creating and establishing Program Management Framework Guidelines across all divisional portfolios within Clarity (CA PPM). Collaborating with Group Strategic Change Management (GSCM) and other teams in assessing programs and providing feedback on improvements in a consolidated manner to improve portfolio management execution and project delivery experience.• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and refine service offering of PPC Management Information (MI) function in line with team strategy• Evolve the PPC MI reporting suite, including the new PPM Clarity offerings• Effectively manage assigned reporting, ensuring appropriate review, prioritization and delivery• Review and Analyze complex data sourcing processes in order to obtain the required data from providers• Design and ensure appropriate control checks, quality assessment of reporting
