As the administrative executive, my role was to provide patient care services including consultations, scheduling, insurance billing, and collection services. I performed all required office admin tasks, and assisted Doctor Sheila in long term office tasks including marketing, business strategizing, and vendor relationships. Shortly before I moved to Seattle, I assisted Dr. Shiela in conceptualizing and came up with an interior that would create synergy between her online presence and her downtown office.

Property management serving Home Owner Associations, by providing property maintenance expertise, budgetary management, meeting coordination, and client relation services. -Represented the management company to the customer. Responsible for the customer’s issue acting as a liaison with the customer and property manager, coordinating efforts across the organization. Oversaw all aspects of the customer interface, including the development, delivery, and acceptance of the customer product. This included; work breakdown, documentation, status/progress reports, action item tracking, and issue resolution.-Worked in conjunction with the associations and their legal counsel during the foreclosure process to assure that liens and super liens could be extinguished if given notice or served with the process. These are protective policies and procedures that may be implemented by the community association to protect the security and value of the asset under all economic conditions-Creation, implementation, and maintenance of a VoIP network, transporting audio streams over IP networks using special media delivery protocols that encode voice, audio, video, and digital audio by streaming media. As well as the creation of a comprehensive manual to programming the network.-Collected and updated property information for questionnaires, a process of delivering community association data and documents as needed for any association real estate transactions. -Invoice processing, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receiving -Assisted property managers on association community projects going through first round renovations and retrofitting. Familiar with property maintenance issues pertaining to properties built between 1950-1980 including; deferred maintenance issues, construction defect, retrofitting options.

SamirAsana LLC provides clientele with home-based lessons, accommodating to those who prefer the privacy of their homes, or are rehabilitating under special circumstances such as injury or pregnancy.-Provide a studio space for those who prefer to take lessons outside of the home. -Educate clients on foundational knowledge such as biomechanics, anatomy, and safety principles. Foundational knowledge provides the student with insight to protect and prevent themselves from injury. -Lessons are tailored to the individual student, planned from close monitoring of each students progress, and according to their fitness goals.
