With over 15 years of experience in the programming field, I began my journey as a full-stack developer. After five successful years in web development, I realized that the web domain did not captivate me enough to continue. My true passion lay in system and embedded programming, so I immersed myself in learning deep C/C++, software engineering and design, Unix-based systems, and networking.My career took a significant turn when I joined Router project as a researcher and developer. I am now managing a team, and I truly enjoy the challenges that come with this role! In my management position, I focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, ensuring that my team has the resources and support they need to excel. I believe in continuous learning and development, both for myself and my team, to stay ahead in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
