The group grew stronger to cover international territories and could proudly say that ENPI is one of the leading players in the market.In 2012, SPPC group (Saudi Printing and Packaging), a public listed company traded on Riad Stock exchange, acquired the packaging business of Enpi Group, and as result of the restructuring Samir was appointed as Group Vice President - Strategic Planning at SPPC level and assigned to orchestrate the integration and restructuring of the entire business and develop the best strategy to achieve the group's aim.In 2016 moved to High Systems Electromechanics a well established company specialized into various activities (A) Distributer of very well reputed brands, (Schneider, Mitsubishi Etc.) , and (B) EPC for Solar Power, Industrial Automation, Smart Solutions, Water Treatment, MEP and Infrastructure, ELV systems, etc.
