Strategy and sales development

My roles and missions included- Elaboration of sale's strategy - Training of the sales actors.- Audit of the sales organization

My mission included among others:- Elaboration of sales strategy with the CEO- Sales negotiations (France, Europe and Africa)- Budgetary and financial management- Coordination of 10 persons (quality, production, export, logistics)

Throughout my career in Kronenbourg (agribusiness of a turnover of Euro800M), I have developed a vast and varied array of competencies through which I reached:- Overachievement of national objectives: (personal ‘penetration’ rate of 98% vs 87% expected nationally– Improvement of sales volume by 6% vs a national decrease of 3%). - Development of a contractual portfolio (increase of 153% vs a rate of 98% nationally) My role encompassed a number of missions:- Coordination of sales force: average of 50 salesmen and 10 business units- Elaborate strategic plans - Sales negotiations (regional and independent brands)- Portfolio management: national brands and major accounts- Budgetary and financial management (payments, loans and credits)- National and regional middle-man (cash and confectioneries distributors)

As head of an Auchan business unit (large scale retailer of a turnover of Euro150M),I managed to exceed my objectives:- Increase in turnover by 15% over two years- Selection of a range of products with the overall central purchaser (oils and pet-food)- Decrease of the marking down over two years from 4% to 0.3%My roles and missions included:- Management of a profit centre of Euro12M- Coordination of a team of 15 employees- Margins and stock management- Selection of new suppliers and purchasing- Recruitment and training of staff
