I have spent the last 10 years delivering major business change programmes and new technology for world’s leading financial organisations.With 8 years of experience as a management and technology consultant (KPMG, Accenture), I have gained significant experience and expertise in building and managing cross-functional teams, project management, C-level stakeholder management, operating model design, problem solving, business analysis and financial regulations.Following my passion for technology, I decided to join a Fintech as a back-end Python developer. I had the opportunity to design and build new features and quickly became a senior member of the dev team, recruiting coaching and managing new joiners. I have now moved to leading the client implementation team, although I still enjoy spending some time coding. This has been an unparalleled hands-on opportunity to quickly enhance my knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration tools (e.g. Docker, Git, Unit Testing libraries) as well as key back-end architecture components such as Database (Postgres), Caching (Redis), Rest API (Flask). I am now able to combine concrete technical knowledge with the skills I have developed in my consulting career. This gives me a unique set of skills to bridge business and technology and drive companies in their digital transformation.
