Defining, controlling and managing the Global Enterprise IT budget of US$2M+ to maximise globalresources, productivity and quality.● Reporting to the CTO and leading a team of 6 IT/Server engineers globally in the maintenance of a global IT helpdesk supporting approx. 500+ staff globally whilst meeting a limited budget of USD $2M per year.● Streamlining IT processes, automating monitoring systems and systems administration, and overhauling the global IT infrastructure, hardware and software upgrades to improve operational performance and achieve cost savings.
