Job Profile: Responsible for the construction of Offshore Well Head Platforms modules (WHP) Fabrication of Hook-up piping spools at Fabrication yard. Day to day witnessing of Fabrication activities as Fit up,weld visual and PWHT. Preparation of Inspection Release notes (IRN) for Blasting & Painting. Witnessing of Hydrotests of Pipe spools. Submission of pipe spools fabrication documentation to Clients. Line walk before Hydro test and clearing out punch points. Final walk after Mechanical completion activities.

Singapore

 Responsible for the construction of Offshore platform modules (CPF,GCM) & Jacket platforms structure fabrication. Stage wise construction of Caisson pipelines (Hazardous & Non-hazardous). Fabrication of Hook-up piping spools at Fabrication yard. Based on Site to follow up on residual engineering work and start supporting Project-to-Asset (P2A) handover work. To assist the Manager in managing the execution activities of construction projects to achieve cost-effectiveness and safety, and to meet or exceed customers' expectation of quality and delivery requirements Assist the Qc,Supervisors in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to client specification and relevant regulations. Prepare and conduct tool box talks and Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis as and when required by job. Ensure company’s safety rules are observed and obeyed & works are carried out based on construction sequence. Installation of Compressor Tie in point piping alignment with spring supports.

Key Result Areas:• Making necessary record of visual inspection pipeline, fit up inspection, welding clearance, welding inspection, NDT reports, DP & MPI inspection record as per ASME Code.• Arranging Welder test for different position & Welding process like SMAW, TIG & MIG on site.• Inspection of consumable item like electrodes, Gas, Grinding wheel etc for ensuring physical Condition, Storage, Test certificate etc and Physical Inspection of Pipeline as per Isometrics with client & consultant.• Coordination of Inspection/NDE activities, Evaluation of radiographs, Coordination of Punch Listing, Punch Clearance Inspection, Pressure Test Inspection, Painting Inspection, Ensuring the calibration of Measuring & Test equipment, welding related equipment etc.• Preparation and establishment of Welding Procedures, Designing of As-built Isometric Drawing for Site Approval, Painting Procedures, Preparation of Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection & Test Plans and NDE Procedures.• Handling of Online Pickling activities in Hydraulics, Grease, Air oil and Lubrication Systems.• Handling of Online Flushing activities in Hydraulics, Grease, Air oil and Lubrication Systems with Lubrex 22 of oil as medium.• Interpretation of Patch test by over viewing NAS 1638/ISO 4406 codes Online Particle counting machine CCS-4 (Internormen, German).• Preparation of Test Packages for Hydro Testing and Pneumatic Testing and Quality Document as per Quality Assurance Plan.• Preparing weekly and monthly quality reports for client and HQ, monthly presentations for HQ and other reports & presentations whenever required• Inspection of Hydraulic Power Packs and filling of oil with HLP-46 as oil of medium.• Taking care of bill preparation of third party laboratory testing, its timely scrutiny and finalization of bill.

Key Result Areas:• Reviewing of Piping Isometric drawings, P&ID and Structural drawings.• Stage Wise Inspection as per checklist for better tracking of the job progress.• Inspection of Waste Heat Boilers, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Re-generation Furnace, Tanks and general pipe work assembly at both shop & site in Liaison with various third party/Client inspections and Preparation of Final Dossier• Plan and carry out fixed equipment/piping inspection via on-stream risk-based monitoring programs and downtime inspection• Identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system.• Review Quality Plan (Inspection and Test Plan) and quality related procedures from suppliers/sub-suppliers of critical equipment / material.• Surveillance of Tensioning and Torquing for Rotating and Static Equipments.• Witness of Hydro Test and Pressure Relief Valve along with ISO,P&ID Drawing or Test Location Drawings.• Preparation of (Line Walk Down) Punch List after Site Installation and Preparation of Flaw Less Check• Weld Visual Examination, Dimensional Accuracy, Identifying defects and acceptability with respect to specification.

Key Result Areas: Incoming Raw Materials Inspection and Review of Mill Test Certificates. Conducting stage wise inspection of fabricated pipe spools and Preparing Dimensional and Final assembly Reports. Witness of Material Identification, Final Dimensional check for Plates, Pipes Inspections of Heat exchanger, Hydro testing, Pneumatic testing, Vacuum & Atmospheric column, Pipelines, Air fin coolers. Checking the gaskets, test jigs, blinds & plugging of defective tubes Review of Quality Assurance Plan(QAP),welding Procedure Specification (WPS) & Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and Witness of Welder Qualification Test (WQT) according to ASME Sec IX. Witnessing PWHT of spools as per code requirements Witnessing Hydro Tests of pipe loops, checking the blinds, new replacements & vent& drain Follow up the RT repair activities using the procedure  Inspection of NDT activities like DPT,UT,RT Films review.
