With a journey of over 30 years in international media and business investments, my career has been one of growth and leadership evolution. Until December 2022, I led a remarkable global team of over 400 at the BBC World Service, covering the Middle East and North Africa and overseeing an annual budget of over £35 million, 24/7 TV, radio and digital channels, and all relevant support services, including high risk, crisis management, finance and HR.In January 2023, I moved to be Head of Journalism with the BBC's digital strategy team, working to future proof the BBC's International Services division.Presently, I am a Founding Partner at Equitive, with a mission is to support leaders in developing their executive and communication skills. I am also an equity partner and non executive director in the UK's ethical property development industry. As a certified Executive Coach and Mentor with accredited training and membership in UK professional bodies, I'm dedicated to the idea that genuine leadership transforms industries.I aim to put my experiences and insights in the service of those navigating the complexities of leadership and who want to transform their communications skills, whether they are individuals or organisations.
