In 1994, my family moved to the Netherlands after fleeing my homeland, Bosnia, due to the Balkan war. This experience—being an outsider in a foreign country—has made me stronger and provided me with valuable lessons that I apply throughout my life. It taught me to work hard, never settle, and always appreciate the people around me. Through my education and work, I have consistently found myself in international environments, where I thrive.People who know me describe me as outgoing, approachable, hardworking, loyal, and honest. I have strong communication skills and easily connect with others. I truly enjoy working with people and quickly adapt to new situations. My eagerness to learn has allowed me to work in two different departments in my current role at Solar, and in five departments in previous roles. Colleagues and mentors trust me to learn fast and get the job done.Currently, I am combining my role as Team Leader of the sales support team with a part-time position as Project Manager for the service centers at Solar. In these projects, I focus on nationwide improvement initiatives that contribute to the growth and optimization of our service centers. My ambitions for the future are to further develop my skills in marketing, sales, account management, projectmanagement and leadership. I love using my creativity to solve problems and develop new, innovative ideas. People find it easy to place their trust in me and often see me as a natural fit for leadership roles.
