In 1999 1st long term contract at the Customer Operations dept of KPN OrangeIn 2001 I reached the marketing department as Customer Loyalty Executive and CRM Executivewhere I was responsible for the Customer Magazine (segmented) and all the communication towards customers base. In 2002, I experienced the rebranding from Orange to BASE and played a key role in the brand refinement in 2003. I also designed the new acquisition model through the on-net concept (free minutes from BASE to BASE) which has delivered more than 10% market shares in the TELCO market. After having worked in 2006 as Marketing Consultant for big clients as Siemens or La POSTE, I went a few months to Martinique for a marketing mission with Digicel as client (main Telco player in the Caribbean market). In 2007 I started a mission as Marketing Director for Maroc Telecom Belgium and supported the launch of mobiSud in the ethnical telco market. In 2009, I created my 1st company ZOOM ID and developed the 1st outdoor ethnical network ever in Belgium. Main clients: Ortel mobile, BASE, Air Arabia, Numericable, VOO, Telenet, Telesat. In 2017 I have participated as associated partner in the development of the new travel & lifestyle app TiPTOP5. The same year I have also launched MOOHZAIK which is a disruptive and brand new out-of-home network targeting the international communities of Belgium (expats, foreign borns,...). In 2019 I have developped in association with Clever-Net LLC the b2b app BizzBrother which offers e-field marketing solutions to the marketing professionals (OOH networks, agencies, advertisers,...)In 2024, I have launched a new disruptive DOOH network named Choeke
