Led the establishment of the marketing function and structural division in ADY as an independent unit, and reorganized it into a department. The department consists of 4 main units (Business Development, Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing and Customer Services) and ADY Museum.

Coordinated the activities of the Financial and Economic Department, Legal Department, Procurement Department, IT Department under the supervision of the Deputy Chairman, organized coordination of projects, monitored the implementation of executive orders.
