My commitment as a current university student at Western Sydney explores my determination and willingness to execute. Possessing more than 2 years working with customers and clients in many logistics companies, I have gained an extensive insight into customer service and feel i have excelled in this area. My experience as a student inside the scope of Accountancy has allowed me to develop skills and knowledge which I can effectively implement into the real world. having the ability to monitor finances is important from both a business and personal standpoint. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Accounting at Western Sydney University which will allow me to further develop my accounting skills and knowledge. Formerly in my Customer Service Representative role, my successes have stemmed from essential skills, including process development and invoicing. I have enhanced my customer service abilities and cultivated a reputation as a major contributor through critical thinking and innovation. I am a collaborative team player who is always searching for opportunities to impart valuable insights. With these qualities, I am able to facilitate positive change and impacting outcomes.
