The founder of the group was Sri.V.S.Thiruvengadaswamy Mudaliar who started with humble beginnings under the VST & Sons banner in the year 1911. With the growth in business, the manufacturing facilities for Power tillers has been retained on the Whitefield Road in Bangalore, while that of Tractors has been shifted to Hosur in Tamil Nadu. • I am Coordinating with whole sales team of the company in Gujarat from the head office based at Ahmadabad Gujarat.• There are 13 members in the sales that looking after 2-3 cluster district of Gujarat.• I am meet the dealer’s distributors and co-operative members for the promotions of our new launch product discuss with them about new ideas like give demonstration to farmers for show them result.• I am also participated in the meeting, which is organized, by the dealers, distributors and co-operatives for the farmers for the promotion of product and business development and especially for the technical input to the farmers.• I am monitor and evaluate day-to-day activities of sales and business development did by the representatives at their territories.• I am liaison with the other fertilizers producing company for procurement of DAP, UREA, Potash like IPL, RCF, Nirma, etc • I am day-to-day contact with dealers and distributors for the recovery for their due amounts.• I am plan the conference workshop and sales promotion activities for dealers and distributors of Gujarat state and prepare the sales promotion schemes for them.• I am liaison with Department of Agriculture, Quality control, etc for the new license and supply in Govt Schemes. • I am verify the physical and financial reports of the ASMs, Sales Executives, and Sales Officers and submit it to management as MIS.• I am looking after the issue related to the market and take necessary action to solve it, also keep my eye open about market competition.• I am looking after activities of IFFDA (Indian Farmers Fertilizers Dealer Association) and mFMS (mobile fertilizer monitoring system).
