As an IIT Roorkee graduate, my passion for education has driven my career for over two decades. My academic journey equipped me with strong analytical skills, and a deep interest in student development and academic excellence. I have consistently pursued opportunities to learn and grow, culminating in a career that blends my love for teaching with a strategic approach to student admissions and growth.Starting as a dedicated educator, I spent 10 years in the classroom, inspiring and mentoring students to reach their academic potential. This hands-on experience in education provided a solid foundation for my transition into the business side of academia. For the past 15 years, I’ve worked in admission marketing, promotion, and counseling, helping institutions grow by attracting and nurturing talent. Currently, I serve as the Admission Manager at Jaipur National University, where for the last 5 years, I’ve focused on student engagement, admissions strategies, and relationship-building with prospective students.Looking ahead, my goal is to continue evolving in the education management sector. I’m passionate about leveraging technology and data to enhance student recruitment and retention strategies, while fostering an environment that prioritizes both academic success and personal growth.
