Analysis of RM software (LRO) and Property Management Software (MRI) to evaluate Historical demand, market and seasonality influences, overall rent growth, renewal price absorption and data integrity through daily, weekly and monthly audits. Develop and Provide Statistical Analysis and Benchmark Reporting to drive business processes to stronger Revenue performance for all levels of organization. Create, monitor and assess Key Performance Indicators portfolio wide.

Responsibilities included managing direct reports and overseeing high level pricing functions on a day to day basis. While only in this position 5 months, I spearheaded the transition of 15 communities from LRO to YieldStar, developed renewal reporting and integration for all Revenue Management clients and implemented a market evaluation standard for the organization.

Created Revenue Management Training and worked closely with the Director of Marketing and Regional Trainers in developing front line associates ability to present and sell demand based competitive derived pricing.

Responsibilities consist of application support and training for 80+ communities and direct reports as well as primary database migration for application conversions from other property management software such as YARDI, Rent Roll and AMSI. Build and maintain SQL scripts, indexes, and complex queries for data analysis and extraction. Utilizing Kaseya to remotely support, as well as phone communication, trouble shoot various Application and MS Office suite issues in addition to trouble shooting network problems, printer issues, e-mail issues, and PC configurations. Completed a complete software migration from a DOS based platform to a Web based application. Assisted in major virus clean ups through out our network. I have also assisted in the rebuilding of computers that are deployed not only to the communities but to the corporate offices as well.
