The role consists of a mixture of member relations and events on an operational level. As the first contact for 400 residential and a revolving 300 hotel guests in a pioneering Co-Living buildinI am in charge with creating and building a community for both residential members and short-stay hotel guests. I, along with my team, help to make members feel welcome and facilitate their connecting with each other. I curate and execute small and large scale events to bring people together and grow, learn and have fun in each other's company. Catering for a range of interests, promoting and driving participation. Although very much customer-facing, I am also significantly involved in the logistics of activating the spaces in order to hold the events i.e. space design, hosting suppliers/talent and event management. Our aim is to facilitate human connection and activate spaces.On the back end of this is the daily and detailed admin tasks of event logistics, planning and organisation.
