¨ Responsible to Operation for Air & Ocean consignment ¨ Independently Handle DDU & DDP for Import & Export ¨ Liaison and Negotiation with Air Lines and Shipping Lines Freight Rates and ensuring loading Consignments / Containers.¨ Liaison works with Govt. Authority like Director General of Foreign Trade, Customs Authority, Export Promotion Council & Bank etc. ¨ Co-ordination with respective agency like Customs Broker, Transporter, Warehouse Agent, Air Lines, Shipping Lines. ¨ Co-ordinate with respective Country Representative.¨ Arrangement of Container for shipment¨ Pre & Post shipment intimation to Customer.¨ Factory Stuffing Permission¨ Collection of Freight Payment¨ Maintain P & L¨ Familiar with Air Port and ICD Operation¨ Work Closely with Operational Team, utilize relationship to ensure that consignment routed smoothly and reach destination as per schedule.¨ Responsible for Generating Sales Leads, Visiting Prospective Customers, Generating Inquires, Making Offer to the Clients and Securing Business.
