• Built a custom program in Excel to conduct data analysis on sales, debt, collection, and expenses across 14 branches in Nigeria.

• At Stallion Plastic, the challenge was to organize stores, as capacity of manufacturing was around 500 tons per month encompassing various sizes, volume and categories of product. From 2002 to 2003, I managed 50 warehouse staffs to maintain store, stocks and supply.• From 2004, I started taking initiative to understand machine/molds and took up production planning and material handling at soft floor. • In 2005 I developed my first computer program in FoxPro. Customers faced delay in supply due to processing of handwritten waybills/invoices. The program allowed for printing waybills/invoices and faster processing. Also drastically reduced accounting errors.• In 2008, I developed excel sheet connected through ODBC which helped management to see reports like daily production, R.M. Status, Consumable stocks, F.G. Stocks in fractions with the help of refresh button. The database was linked with excel sheet and SQL scripting which make all possible.• From 2010 onwards, helped with Material Management and Production Planning for 66 machines of different capacity. Also involved in marketing and product development. Key focus on day to day operation concerned to business.
